Jonathan Foreman on the Big Bike Ride
- Fundraiser: Jonathan Foreman
I’m cycling 200 miles in memory of Kate Woodruff, a really amazing woman who was head of my kids’ school and was an enormous support and friend to our family over the years. She lost her short fight with cancer last October and is hugely missed.
The bike ride is taking place from 5-7 May and I would really appreciate it if you would sponsor me and help raise money for St Elizabeth Hospice, who cared for Kate in her final weeks, and Bramfield Primary School, in the creation of a new Early Years Centre dedicated to Kate. Money raised will be split 50/50 and no admin costs are taken. As a group, we are hoping to raise over £10,000.
I’ll be riding with around 70 others from Bramfield up to and along the Sunrise Coast – Hunstanton, Cromer, Great Yarmouth and on the final day meeting at Henham where we will be joined by some of the school children and other cyclists back to Bramfield. There will be a celebration of Kate at Bramfield on Sunday, open to everyone in the community who knew her.
Thanks to everyone who supports me!
